- Aligned with the provincial planning of Ha Giang province for the period 2021-2030, with a vision until 2050 approved by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 1339/QD-TTg dated November 13, 2023.

- In accordance with the land use planning specified in Decision No. 2897/QD-UBND, dated December 31, 2021, of the Provincial People's Committee of Ha Giang regarding the approval of land use planning until 2030 and the first-year land use plan of the land use planning in Meo Vac District.

- The General Planning project for the construction of the Nho Que River Tourism Area was ratified by the Provincial People's Council in Resolution No. 75/NQ-HDND, dated December 8, 2023.
