FLC Ha Giang eco-tourism resort project which is implemented in the area of Mo Neo mountain, Ha Giang city, is carefully researched construction planning to protect optimal natural ecosystems. The project is divided into 2 phases, with a scale of nearly 30 hectares, serving about 2,000 tourists per day, with the following items: 5-star hotel, infinity swimming pool, international conference center, Bungalow resort and so on. The project is a combination of various types of accommodation tourism services, ecotourism, cuisine, entertainment. Thereby, FLC Ha Giang brings visitors unique experiences of luxury resort space which is synchronous and modern, convenient and imbued with local cultural identity. The project is expected to become a quality destination, creating jobs for workers, and increasing revenue for the local budget. Estimated total project investment is about 1,500 billion VND.

Former State President Truong Tan Sang and the leaders of the province and FLC Group pressed the button to start the project.

At the ceremony, Ms. Huong Tran Kieu Dung, Standing Vice Chairman of FLC Group, said: Ha Giang has invaluable tourism resources that cannot be found anywhere, especially Dong Van Karst Plateau Global Geopark. The growth rate of the tourism industry in recent years is from 15-23% which is in the high group in the country. However, the tourism and service infrastructure is still limited. Tourism revenue has not met expectations. Ms. Huong Tran Kieu Dung hopes that the appearance of FLC Ha Giang eco-resort will become an important highlight contributing to local tourism development in the coming time.

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee – Mr. Nguyen Van Son had a speech at the ceremony.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Son affirmed that this is an important event not only for FLC Group but also for Ha Giang province. It demonstrates the determination and efforts of the province and the FLC Group in implementing the Government's calling for "both effective prevention of Covid 19 epidemic and socio-economic development". The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee welcomed and highly appreciated the determination, urgent, serious and professional working spirit of FLC Group; the efforts of the departments, branches and localities in the province which coordinated and created favorable conditions for the FLC Group to implement the project. Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee believes that with the experience and ability to implement large projects, FLC Group will bring a breakthrough development of high-quality tourism services in Ha Giang; contribute to improving infrastructure, increasing tourist attraction, making an important contribution to making Ha Giang become a regional tourist center in the Northern Midland and Mountains provinces as well as an attractive destination for domestic and international tourists. Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee affirmed that along with the motto "always accompanying businesses", the province will create the best conditions for FLC Group in particular and other businesses in general to successfully implement projects in the province.
